Mums who work and never work really have a huge difference! The aunties at my work place are all very nice and open minded. Be it the HA or nurses, they're fun and easy to talk to. Unlike my mum who stays at home all day end up mixing with those 3 aunts 6 grandmothers. Because these typical aunties children are so good and obedient to them, my mum always love to compare. And because of me being so stubborn and not listening to her, end up always get nag and scolding from her. Damn!

Is it wrong for a 18 year old girl to go home at 3am in the morning? No what! I admit last night I didn't even bother to tell her I ain't going home despite boyf keep asking me to call her. I know she will ask me to go home immediately and got to listen to her nagging again. So for what I bring myself trouble to call her?

Now she's restricting me to go home by 12am. Walao eh! Might as well kill me. She keep thinking that I treat the house like a hotel. Happy den go home early, not happy den go home late. To her, being a good child is to go home straight after I end work, have dinner and den sleep at 10pm. Even if I sleep as early at 8am, she will start nagging why I so early sleep and bla. Blaming me the night before I went out till SO late that's why very tired. Zzz. No matter what she say, I must listen to her. On sat night I cannot go out, must stay at home use laptop or watch tv.

As long as she sees my face at home, she'll be contented. Its like wtf? I'm only 18 you can't be asking me to rot at home everyday can! She should at least be happy that I don't hit the club or pubs making myself drunk everytime I reach home reeking with strong alcohol smell.. And there's one period of time I went home everyday on the dot because baby got to work, nobody to accompany me. She will den ask me, "Now you so good uh? Never go out already? Thought you always like to fly till midnight den come back?" Waaah! My mum is seriously mad. Go out also want to nag, never go out also want to say. Sometimes I really don't know what she wants.

If your mum is like mine, how will you feel? I really hope my mum will go out to work or mix with those working woman instead of typical HDB aunties!! Her mindset is always like a rectangle block. 10 years later still will never change. I guess for these few days I got to be a good girl and go home after work. But going home at 12am on a sat night is still a NO-NO to me! Heeheehee!
